Khang Dien House Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (KDH) has just announced unusual information to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) about insider stock transactions.
Accordingly, Mr. Ly Dien Son, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Khang Dien Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, will give his biological mother, Ms. Doan Thi Nguyen, 17.7 million KHD shares that he owns with a par value of 177 billion VND.
If calculated at the current KDH trading price of around 32,500 VND/share, the number of donated shares mentioned above is equivalent to more than 575 billion VND.
Thus, the expected share ratio that Ms. Nguyen holds after the transaction accounts for 1.59% of Khang Dien House's charter capital.

Mr. Ly Dien Son is the brother of movie actor Ly Hung. Mr. Son currently holds 18.82 million KDH shares, accounting for 1.68% of charter capital. After this donation, the number of shares that Mr. Son holds is only 1.125 million, equivalent to 0.1% of charter capital.
This giveaway is scheduled to take place from November 12 to December 11.
Recently, KDH is a real estate stock with positive price thanks to stable revenue and profit of Nha Khang Dien, recommended by investors to buy.
According to the consolidated financial report for the third quarter of 2025, Khang Dien House achieved net revenue of VND 1,098 billion, an increase of 335% over the same period in 2024. The cost of goods sold increased less than the increase in revenue, helping gross profit to be nearly 5 times higher than the same period, reaching VND 776 billion.
In the third quarter, Khang Dien House achieved a profit after tax of 526 billion VND, a growth of 692%, 8 times higher than the same period last year. This is also the highest quarterly profit that this enterprise has achieved.
Accumulated in the first 9 months of 2025, Nha Khang Dien recorded net revenue of VND 2,857 billion, an increase of 132% and profit after tax of VND 841 billion, an increase of 105% over the same period.
