81 students trained in digital transformation in tourism - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On September 22-23, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a training course on digital transformation and smart tourism applications for 81 trainees who are officers and civil servants of the cultural and social departments of 21 communes and wards and staff at tourist areas, points and businesses in the province.

Training content includes: Legal regulations on tourism , focusing on tourism resources and products, rights and obligations of tourists, organizations and individuals doing tourism business; orientation of digital transformation of tourism; introduction of digital transformation ecosystem and solutions for applying information technology in tourism management and operation; popularization of Cao Bang province's Smart Tourism Portal application and applications supporting tourism business activities; guidance on implementing statistical reporting regime in the tourism sector and online reporting on the province's Smart Tourism Portal.

The training course aims to equip legal knowledge, professional skills, raise awareness, digital capacity and information technology application skills for staff, civil servants and tourism workers, thereby contributing to building a professional and modern tourism environment, meeting the requirements of integration and sustainable development.
