Following the launch of its new brand identity with the guiding principle of "A bank that creates happiness," ABBank is gradually changing the appearance of its branches/transaction offices nationwide, most notably with the introduction of standing counters.

In recent days, many customers visiting ABBank for transactions have begun to notice changes: the branch office has been redesigned, the space is more open, and there are additional private consultation areas and standing counters for quick transactions.

In the new model, short-term transactions such as deposits/withdrawals, transfers, or information confirmations will be prioritized at the standing teller counter to shorten processing time and optimize service during peak hours. Meanwhile, needs requiring in-depth consultation and advice, and more complex transactions will be handled in a separate consultation booth area.

Besides changes in the transaction model, ABBank also adjusted many spatial elements such as lighting, interior layout, and traffic flow within the branch to be more open and customer-friendly.

A bank representative stated that the new model is being implemented flexibly to suit various customer groups. For elderly customers or those requiring special assistance, staff will proactively provide support and arrange a suitable area to ensure convenience during transactions.

According to ABBank, the change in "appearance" is part of the brand identity transformation roadmap that the bank is implementing after announcing its new positioning as "A Bank that Creates Happiness". In this roadmap, customer experience at direct touchpoints such as branches/transaction offices is considered one of the important factors.

In the context of increasingly diverse customer needs, ABBank aims to create a more flexible service environment, both shortening waiting times and increasing the quality of service through personalization, helping customers enjoy their financial transactions even more ,” a bank representative shared.

In the coming period, ABBank will continue to upgrade and improve service facilities at all 165 transaction offices nationwide. By starting with small adjustments in space, service methods, and customer interaction, ABBank is accelerating towards a more convenient, smooth, and friendly transaction experience every day.
