TPBank (Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank) continues to affirm its pioneering role in innovating customer experience by deploying digital signature and transaction authentication services via the VNeID platform for individual customers in credit transactions. This new solution simplifies procedures, shortens the time required to complete paperwork, and gradually digitizes the entire banking transaction process.
Complete your loan application faster and more conveniently.
Instead of having to manually sign multiple documents as before, customers can now use their electronic signature on the VNeID application when completing credit procedures at TPBank. Identity verification and digital signing are integrated into a single process, reducing steps, shortening processing time, and making the transaction process more seamless.
Not only the person whose name is on the loan application, but also the co-signer can sign on the VNeID platform, helping to digitize the entire application process and making it more convenient for all parties involved in the transaction.

What do customers need to use digital signatures via VNeID?
To use this feature, the customer and co-signer (if any) need to have a level 2 electronically verified VNeID account and complete the registration of their personal digital signature certificate on the VNeID application.
After successful activation, customers can use their digital signature to electronically sign eligible documents at TPBank. This is an important step in ensuring the legal validity of transactions, while also opening up the possibility of faster and more convenient document processing on the digital platform.
The implementation of this solution also contributes to changing the way customers access financial services, from paper-heavy, manual processes to a more modern, simpler, and flexible banking experience.
Safety and security on the national identification platform.
TPBank's digital signature solution is deployed on the national electronic identification platform VNeID, managed by C06 - Ministry of Public Security , helping to enhance identity verification and ensure the legal validity of electronic documents. The solution is currently being tested and will be officially deployed as soon as possible.
Besides convenience, the system also incorporates multiple layers of control to ensure the validity of each transaction, minimize fraud risks, and enhance security during credit application processing.
If customers do not meet the requirements for digital signature or unexpected technical issues arise, TPBank will still maintain appropriate alternative solutions to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Another step forward on TPBank's digital banking journey.
The deployment of digital signatures via VNeID continues TPBank's journey of applying the national electronic identification platform to its banking operations. Previously, the bank pioneered the connection and integration of citizen data and electronic identification into various authentication and transaction processes, gradually building a foundation for safer, more seamless, and convenient digital financial experiences. This new step once again affirms TPBank's consistent direction in applying technology to simplify transactions, shorten processes, and enhance customer experience at every touchpoint.
“ Today’s customers expect all financial transactions to be as fast and convenient as other digital experiences in their lives. Implementing digital signatures via VNeID is TPBank’s way of realizing the philosophy ‘Because we understand you,’ by continuously innovating to make the transaction journey simpler and more natural, ” said TPBank representative, General Director Nguyen Hung.
Beyond simply digitizing internal processes, TPBank is gradually building a more comprehensive digital banking ecosystem – where technology not only speeds up transactions but also makes the financial experience more natural, convenient, and accessible to customers every day.
