In 2022, instead of setting up headquarters in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City like many other technology companies, Aletech chose to “go against the current” by setting up headquarters in Dak Lak – a bold but strategic decision. Here, Aletech optimizes operating costs, focuses on nurturing young, potential human resources, and patiently develops individual capabilities to build a solid foundation for its ambitions to reach further.
Marking this start-up phase, Aletech cooperates to build e-commerce sites and virtual stock trading systems for domestic partners. This is the stage of accumulating experience, consolidating expertise and building reputation – a necessary stepping stone for bigger goals.

With determination and clear direction, after only one year, Aletech has marked an important milestone when reaching out to the international market with a project in the UK, successfully developing a clinic management platform for partner Flynotes. This success has paved the way for subsequent projects in the UK in many fields from management, operations to trending areas such as Blockchain. In particular, Aletech has signed a long-term contract worth up to 1.2 million USD/year with a major partner in the UK in the field of Automatic Parking Management - a clear demonstration of the capacity and trust of international customers.
To further strengthen its presence, Aletech has entered into a strategic partnership with GB Global Trade, a multi-industry company with over 3,000 online business customers in Vietnam, the US and the UK. This partnership promises to bring many opportunities to reach new customers and expand Aletech's operations globally.
Product Development “Made by Aletech”
Entering 2025, Aletech continues to affirm its capacity and responsibility when participating in the development of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) application project for the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense , with the hope that this product will contribute to the country's rising era.
In parallel, the UK Parking System Project continues to grow as the contract is extended to expand to many countries in Europe. Customers also place their trust and commitment to accompany Aletech as a long-term software development partner in the next 1-3 years.
Thanks to the stable revenue from these projects, also in 2025, Aletech officially realized its dream of creating its own software products with its own mark.

The most notable point is that Aletech has started to focus on researching and building products for the Print on Demand (POD) market in the US and UK markets. With its understanding of the market, Aletech has gradually developed the first applications for a printing ecosystem called Aletech. These products include: Grabink.co - A platform connecting POD printing factories, receiving and processing orders automatically from sellers, currently processing more than 3,000 orders/day; Kiloships.com & Kiloships.uk - A system to support the purchase and management of international shipping labels, processing 1,000-1,500 shipping labels/day; Syncload.co - Fulfillment service serving the UK and US markets, processing 1,000-1,500 orders/day. These products not only affirm Alecech's creativity and ability to capture the market, but also create an independent and sustainable source of revenue.
Looking to the future, Aletech sets ambitious long-term goals: building a high-quality team to meet the increasingly demanding needs of international customers; expanding stable revenue sources in many fields to ensure sustainable growth, and developing its own products to create exclusive value for the company.
According to Ms. Nguyen Minh Hai, General Director of Aletech, to realize these goals, the company is applying a flexible and multi-dimensional strategy - from building a brand, expanding its international customer base, to strengthening cooperation with strategic partners to affirm its position on the global technology map. In particular, Aletech focuses on maintaining a reasonable proportion of revenue from custom software development and specialized core products, in order to minimize risks from market fluctuations and ensure sustainable growth.
Up to now, Aletech has built a strong human resources team at the Dak Lak headquarters and opened 2 business locations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to access high-quality human resources. Notably, Aletech has completed a 3-year audit and increased its capital from 200 million VND to 18 billion VND with retained earnings since its establishment. This demonstrates transparency, financial stability and strong development potential in the future. |
