This is a theme to express the gratitude of today's generation to heroes and martyrs on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

Speaking at the meeting, Vice President of the Provincial Tourism Association Duong Van Thua said that he was born and raised in the fierce period of the war to protect the Fatherland. More than anyone else, he understands the value of peace and independence today; there are so many heroes and martyrs who did not hesitate to sacrifice their blood and bones for the cause of national liberation, national reunification and for the happiness and prosperity of the people.

Mr. Duong Van Thua expressed his gratitude to heroes, martyrs, and families with meritorious services to the revolution.

At the event, artists performed songs praising the country, love for the homeland and the Fatherland; honoring the silent contributions of many families and young people who have sacrificed themselves for the country.

Artists perform a reformed opera to pay tribute to those who died for their homeland.

“Through the lyrics and singing, the Don Ca Tai Tu Club would like to send our deepest gratitude to the heroes, martyrs, those who fell on the battlefields, and those who returned with physical injuries. Your sacrifice is priceless and the pride of the Vietnamese people. We also pay tribute to the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and families of martyrs, those who have endured great losses and sacrifices for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland,” said Mr. Duong Van Thua.

The Don Ca Tai Tu Club under the Provincial Tourism Association was established in early March 2025 and currently has 16 members. The club's formation contributes to diversifying the province's tourism products.

Don ca tai tu is a typical folk art form of the Southern region, recognized by the United Nations Educational , Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Tay Ninh is one of 23 southern provinces and cities honored to have this art form./.
