Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Tran Thu Mai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; former leaders of the province through the periods; Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces; leaders of departments, branches, localities, organizations... The program was connected from the bridge at April 2 Square to Truong Sa town (Truong Sa district) and livestreamed on the fanpages: Nha Trang New Day, Khanh Hoa Radio and Television Station.
Glory under the Party flag
The program "The Party is the light that guides the way" aims to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee (February 24, 1930 - February 24, 2025) and wish the Lunar New Year At Ty to the cadres, soldiers and people of Truong Sa district. The program opened with a medley of songs and dances Welcome the Communist Party of Vietnam - Oh Vietnam, Spring has come - The Party has given us a spring, performed by a group of singers, actors and collaborators of the Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe. Each song and dance contributed to bringing the atmosphere of celebrating the Party and spring to a large audience.

In the bustling spring atmosphere, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan reviewed the country's revolutionary historical tradition throughout 95 springs with the Party. Under the guiding light of the Party, the entire Vietnamese people have united together in the cause of fighting for independence, freedom, and national unification, as well as gradually building, constructing, and developing the country in a strong manner, on par with other countries in the world and confidently entering the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise. In line with those common achievements, the Party Committee, government, and people of Khanh Hoa province have also constantly strived to fight, work, and produce to build the homeland of Agarwood and Swallow Sea Swallow into a bright spot, one of the localities with the highest socio -economic development speed in the country; the material and spiritual life of all classes of people has been increasingly concerned and constantly improved; security and national defense have been maintained.
Entering the new year of At Ty 2025, with many important events, special milestones in the process of building and developing the country, the province and also the year of holding party congresses at all levels, towards the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan affirmed that, proud under the glorious flag of the Party, with deep belief in the new era - the era of the Vietnamese people's rise; with revolutionary tradition, solidarity, belief, pride and aspiration for development, along with important premises from the beginning of the term until now, especially the achievements of the province after 40 years of renovation... will be the luggage for the Party Committee, government, army and people of Khanh Hoa to firmly enter the decade of raising the level of development, building Khanh Hoa province into a centrally-run city by 2030, towards the goal of modernity - civilization - prosperity.
With the characteristics of an artistic political program, interspersed with political content are elaborately staged song and dance performances praising the Fatherland, the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh; the homeland, the people of Khanh Hoa and the sea and islands of Truong Sa such as: The vast new road, Steadfast steps under the Party flag, Spring calls, Golden season, Yen ca, Nha Trang shines brightly... In particular, there are also emotional performances about beloved Truong Sa with Spring in Truong Sa, Meeting you on Sinh Ton island .

A highlight of the program was the exchange and conversation between provincial leaders and cadres, soldiers and people at the Truong Sa town bridge. Through this, the audience learned more about the preparations for the Lunar New Year of At Ty in the sea and islands of Truong Sa. Images of apricot branches, peach branches, kumquat trees, along with activities of wrapping Chung cakes, decorating houses, units, etc. partly showed that spring was coming to the islands of Truong Sa archipelago and brought a feeling of closeness and affection to those on the mainland.

In that atmosphere, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan, on behalf of the leaders and people of the province, sent New Year greetings to all the people and soldiers who are guarding and building the island district of the Fatherland day and night. Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan also expressed his joy when seeing the excited and optimistic spirit of the people and soldiers who have proactively overcome difficulties and fully prepared for a warm and meaningful traditional Tet. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan also hopes that all cadres, soldiers and people of Truong Sa will continue to promote the heroic tradition, join hands, unite, strive to compete, determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges, excellently complete assigned tasks, build and develop Truong Sa island district to become increasingly strong, rich and beautiful, worthy of the sacred position of the Fatherland, in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045. On behalf of the cadres, soldiers and people in Truong Sa town, Mr. Can Ngoc Son - Chairman of the People's Committee of Truong Sa town thanked the deep and practical attention of the Party committees, authorities, soldiers and people on the mainland for Truong Sa. At the same time, he quickly reported to the provincial leaders on some outstanding activities of the army and people of Truong Sa town in the past time; the situation of preparing to celebrate the traditional New Year of the nation; the spirit of solidarity, proactively overcoming difficulties, ready to fight and sacrifice to firmly protect the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland. With the affection and attention from the mainland, Truong Sa has brought an exciting, warm and full atmosphere. Although celebrating the New Year, the cadres and soldiers of Truong Sa still do not forget the task of firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland so that the country can fully welcome the new spring.
During the program, the provincial leaders also presented meaningful gifts to the relatives of officers and soldiers who are performing their duties in Truong Sa archipelago. Within the framework of the program, Mr. Le Huu Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Management Board of Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund; together with Mr. Nguyen Duy Quang - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Director of the Executive Agency of Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund received the symbolic board and presented flowers to thank the localities and units that donated funds to support the Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund, including: Provincial People's Committee; People's Committees of localities: Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, Ninh Hoa, Dien Khanh, Cam Lam, Van Ninh, Khanh Son, Khanh Vinh; Khanh Viet Corporation, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest State-owned One Member Co., Ltd.
