Comrade Nguyen Quoc Hoan, Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward, said that in order to prepare for the "historic" working session, the ward had directed early preparations regarding technology and human resources.

According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward, since June 20, the ward has deployed a pilot operation of the public administrative service model to gain experience in using software to handle administrative procedures of organizations and citizens. Through the pilot operation, Cua Nam Ward has gained experience and discussed with the software supplier to complete the features to ensure smooth and effective operation from July 1.

Mr. Khuat Minh Tri (74 years old, residing in Cua Nam ward), believes that the two-level local government will operate effectively, efficiently, and be close to the people. "This change is a historic turning point, demonstrating a strong transformation, bringing the country firmly into a new era, an era of national growth" - Mr. Tri commented.
