Thousands of young volunteers work day and night to serve the State Funeral of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

As assigned, the volunteer force will participate in supporting, serving, and guiding delegations and people visiting the General Secretary.

At the checkpoints, there are free service points for the people (providing drinking water, snacks, paper fans, umbrellas, raincoats).

Even though they are only small material contributions, emotional gestures have great meaning.

The volunteer force carried out tasks at four main areas including the National Funeral Home (5A Tran Thanh Tong Street), the General Secretary's private residence, Lai Da Village (Dong Hoi Commune, Dong Anh District), Mai Dich Cemetery and on the streets according to the funeral procession schedule during the two days of the national funeral.
