During the trip of working group No. 25 to Truong Sa island district and DK1 platform in May 2025, more than 100 journalists from all over the country attended the sacred and emotional flag-raising ceremony on Truong Sa island, Truong Sa district, Khanh Hoa province.

Delegates observed a minute of silence before the souls of heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
