APEC 2027 in the heart of the exhibition of 80 years of national achievements

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung, along with leaders of the province, departments and branches visited the APEC 2027 introduction space at the exhibition.

Entering the exhibition space, visitors are immediately attracted by the large words "Vietnam - APEC 2027" standing out on a blue background, surrounded by a modern LED screen system, with bright lights continuously displaying vivid images.

On the exhibition booth, Phu Quoc appears colorfully - sometimes with blue sea and white sand, sometimes with bustling streets at night, mixed with images of a series of new infrastructure projects being completed day by day. Besides, there are documents about working trips and surveys of leaders of the Party, State and An Giang province during the preparation process for APEC 2027.

Images of Government leaders inspecting Phu Quoc, groundbreaking ceremonies for key projects, large construction sites with hundreds of engineers and workers working hard... have been visually recreated, so that viewers can more clearly visualize the thorough preparation and high determination of the locality for this important international event.

Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Trung Ho said: “An Giang in general and Phu Quoc in particular want to affirm the potential, conditions and infrastructure of the locality that are capable of organizing international conferences with the whole country. Through APEC 2027, Phu Quoc has the opportunity to develop strongly in terms of infrastructure, serving socio -economic development. At the same time, APEC 2027 is also an opportunity for us to introduce the locality to international friends, opening up opportunities to make Phu Quoc a destination for tourists from all over the world. In particular, this event also contributes to affirming the increasing position and role of Vietnam in the international arena...”.

The exhibition space was designed in a modern style, highlighted by miniature aircraft models and an LED screen system that continuously showed footage introducing the “hub and spoke” flight network with Phu Quoc as the center, connecting directly to major cities in and outside the country.

Meanwhile, Ms. Tran Thi Hoa, a resident of Le Chan Ward (Hai Phong City), was impressed by the images and screens introducing Phu Quoc. “The modern, sparkling scenery makes me want to come and experience it. I believe that after APEC 2027, Phu Quoc will become a top destination, not only in Vietnam but also in the region,” Ms. Hoa said.

From the exhibition space to the sharing, all have the same message: APEC 2027 is a great opportunity for An Giang, especially Phu Quoc, to make a strong breakthrough, affirm its international stature and contribute to raising Vietnam's position on the global map.
