On iOS 26.1, Siri with Apple Intelligence in Vietnamese will also become smarter with a new response. In addition, Siri can transfer complex requests such as searching and in-depth content analysis to ChatGPT.

Currently, iOS 26.1 only supports the beta version for developers. In the next few weeks, Apple may expand the public test version so that users can experience the new feature.

In addition to Vietnamese, this update also supports a range of other languages, including Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, and Chinese.

Along with Apple Intelligence, the AirPods Live Translation feature also supports several new languages, including Chinese, Italian, Japanese, and Korean.

Apple Intelligence is the company's artificial intelligence (AI) system developed specifically for devices like the iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It is a combination of on-device and server-based AI models.

Apple says the company's generative AI solution is personalized to suit each user's usage context, while still ensuring data privacy and security are maintained.

The company also announced Private Cloud Compute, a server infrastructure system used to run more complex models. Apple says this allows more powerful AI models to process user data without giving up any privacy.

Some of the standout features of Apple Intelligence include Writing Tools, which lets users write, review, or change text anywhere in apps like Mail, Notes, Pages, and third-party apps.
