However, according to the latest information, Apple Intelligence will support more languages next April. Apple Intelligence is a set of artificial intelligence (AI) features launched by "Apple" to bring users the best experiences.
In the financial report for the fourth quarter of 2024 just announced by Apple, CEO Tim Cook confirmed that the company will update many new languages for Apple Intelligence in the iOS 18 update released next April.
"In April, we'll be adding more languages to Apple Intelligence, including French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese, as well as localized English for Singapore and India," said CEO Tim Cook.
Although he only mentioned 8 languages in the meeting, Apple's support page for Apple Intelligence also has Vietnamese. Therefore, iPhone users in Vietnam are expected to experience Apple Intelligence in Vietnamese next April through the new iOS 18 update.
Many sources confirm that the update that Apple will launch in April will be iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4. In this version, the virtual assistant Siri is said to integrate Apple Intelligence more deeply to be able to understand users at a higher level, learn from interactions, remember preferences or access data on the screen... to give accurate, highly personalized responses.
Apple Intelligence is currently available in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and South Africa for devices running iOS 18.2 or later, iPadOS 18.2 or later, and macOS Sequoia 15.2 or later.
