On the evening of January 23, Lang Son Provincial Party Committee held an announcement ceremony of the Central Party Secretariat's Decision approving Ms. Doan Thi Hau, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The Standing Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee assigned Ms. Hau to be the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
Speaking at the assignment, Lang Son Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Van Nghiem emphasized that Comrade Doan Thi Hau is a female cadre, an ethnic minority, well-trained, with qualifications, capacity, strong political will, good moral qualities; is an experienced person, trained and tested through many important leadership positions in the province. In any working position, she has shown herself to be an excellent cadre, with scientific leadership methods; always brings all her enthusiasm, intelligence and strength together with the collective solidarity, strives to overcome difficulties, successfully completes political tasks, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the entire Provincial Party Committee.
The Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee suggested that, in his new position, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, and awareness of building the collective of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to lead and direct the implementation of important goals and tasks of the province in the coming period. At the same time, continue to promote the capacity and strengths of the work, together with the Standing Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to successfully implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. In his acceptance speech, the new Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee fully accepted the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary and promised to continue to study, practice, maintain qualities, ethics, and lifestyle; promote his own knowledge and experience to join the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, and authorities at all levels to successfully fulfill the important tasks assigned by the Party and the people, contributing to making Lang Son province increasingly developed and strong.
Ms. Doan Thi Hau was born on March 20, 1969 in Dong Mo town, Chi Lang district, Lang Son province; Tay ethnic group; Bachelor of Literature, Bachelor of Political Economics , Master of Social Sciences and Humanities; Political Theory level: Advanced.
During her working career, Ms. Doan Thi Hau held the following positions in Lang Son: Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council. From January 23, 2025, Ms. Doan Thi Hau is the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lang Son Provincial People's Council.
