Ba Ria - Vung Tau warns of illegal sale of coastal 'super projects'

VOV.VN - The People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has just issued an urgent warning about the illegal sale of a virtual project. This is a land plot that has not been auctioned and all information about the sale is inaccurate.

The People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province issued urgent document No. 3662, warning people about false information about the project "Vung Tau Super Urban Sea Project" with perspective images at the land plot in Ward 10-11, Vung Tau City, where the urban area on 3/2 Street is planned to be built.

According to the document, this land has been approved for the land use rights auction plan and investors will be selected through auction.

Previously, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province organized the announcement of the 1/500 planning of the 3/2 Street Urban Area.

Up to now, the land is still in the process of carrying out procedures according to regulations to organize an auction in April 2025.

In order to organize auctions in accordance with regulations and prevent subjects from taking advantage of land auctions to profit, inflate prices, and disrupt the real estate market, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has requested the provincial police to direct local police to grasp the situation, investigate and report to competent authorities to strictly handle cases of spreading false information.

Currently part of the land is a vacant lot with lots of weeds.

This land has a scale of 96.6 hectares, and was approved by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province for a 1/500 scale planning in August 2024.

The current status of the land is full of weeds, one side is adjacent to 3/2 street, behind is the beach and the other two sides are adjacent to vacant land and traffic roads.
