Ba Vi adjusts Land Use Plan 2025

On May 27, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 2676/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Ba Vi District. This is a move to update the local socio-economic development needs, ensuring effective and appropriate land use.

Accordingly, the city adjusted 3 projects with a total land use area of ​​29.15 hectares, of which the land area to be recovered is 0.65 hectares; at the same time, added 3 new projects to the list of works and projects implemented in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Ba Vi district, with a total land use area of ​​252.03 hectares, of which the land area to be recovered is 120.2 hectares.

The projects were adjusted and supplemented, including: Auction of land use rights to select investors to implement the investment project to build residential areas in the reserved land (code D1), resettlement area of ​​Dong Doi shooting range, Yen Bai commune; construction of the office building of Cam Linh commune Military Command; construction of the office building of Tay Dang town Military Command; electric pole items of the 110KV power line connecting to the national power system of the Seraphin waste-to-energy plant project at Xuan Son solid waste treatment area; expansion of Yen Ky cemetery (Phase 1); recovery of 51.53 hectares to build a new training ground for the Engineering Technical College...

The City People's Committee also adjusted the number of projects and areas stated in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 33/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025 to 184 projects with a total area of ​​approximately 1,387.09 hectares of land. Other contents continue to be implemented according to Decision No. 33/QD-UBND dated January 5, 2025 and current legal regulations.

The adjustment and supplementation of the Land Use Plan is considered necessary, helping Ba Vi district promptly update land use needs to serve the development of technical infrastructure, security, national defense and people's lives in the area.
