Bac Kan province dismisses 6 members of the Provincial People's Committee.

This was one of the main topics discussed at the 25th Session (Special Session) of the Bac Kan Provincial People's Council, 10th term, 2021-2026, held on February 21st.

The Provincial People's Council has dismissed the following individuals from their positions as members of the Bac Kan Provincial People's Committee, 10th term, 2021-2026: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Huynh, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Mr. Le Van Hoi, Director of the Department of Internal Affairs; and Ms. Hoang Thi Hang, Director of the Department of Finance, due to retirement.

Ms. Trieu Thi Thu Phuong, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Diep, Director of the Department of Science and Technology; and Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy, Director of the Department of Construction, have been relieved of their duties to take on other assignments.

At the session, the delegates of the Bac Kan Provincial People's Council discussed and unanimously approved the following resolutions: Resolution on the establishment and reorganization of provincial-level specialized agencies; Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 76/NQ-HĐND dated December 9, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on the civil servant staffing and approval of the total number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in the province in 2025; Resolution adjusting the recurrent expenditure budget of some provincial-level units due to organizational restructuring in 2025.

Resolution approving the policy of converting forest land to other uses for the implementation of projects and works in 2025 in the province. Resolution establishing a monitoring team to oversee the implementation of the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2025 in the province.
