This activity is in response to the 2026 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, aimed at providing community health care, especially for policy beneficiaries, the elderly, and those in difficult circumstances.
The program was implemented simultaneously in the communes of Trung Chinh, Luong Tai, Gia Binh, Nhan Thang, Dong Cuu, Dai Lai, Lam Thao, and Trung Kenh, serving approximately 5,000 people.
At these clinics, people have access to basic and essential medical services such as blood pressure measurement, internal medicine examination, general ultrasound, blood tests, health consultation, and free medication as prescribed by doctors.

This is a meaningful activity aimed at concretizing the movement "Young doctors follow Uncle Ho's teachings, volunteer for community health"; promoting the pioneering role of young doctors and medical staff in social welfare work.
Through this program, policy beneficiaries and the elderly – groups at high risk of disease and with limited access to healthcare services – receive timely health care and attention, contributing to an improved quality of life.
According to the plan, each locality is allocated approximately 550 examination slots, ensuring they are appropriate to the organizational conditions and service capacity. The simultaneous arrangement of multiple examination points helps reduce pressure, facilitates travel for residents, and enhances the effectiveness of the program's widespread implementation.

To ensure professional quality, the Bac Ninh Provincial Young Doctors Association has mobilized highly qualified doctors and medical staff from hospitals in the area, along with the participation of private medical facilities. Many modern pieces of equipment, such as ultrasound machines and rapid testing devices, have been added, contributing to accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment advice.
Along with professional forces, the Youth Union and the Federation of Youth Associations in localities played a crucial role in organization and logistics. Youth Union branches proactively coordinated with the government, health stations, and the Association of the Elderly to survey locations, compile lists of beneficiaries, send invitations, and widely publicize information to the people, ensuring that the beneficiaries received the support.
At each examination point, volunteer youth teams were specifically assigned to prepare facilities, arrange examination areas, ensure electricity and drinking water, and guide people. Thanks to coordinated efforts, the reception, examination, and consultation process was carried out scientifically , minimizing overcrowding and waiting times.

Besides medical examinations and dispensing medication, the program also focuses on counseling and raising awareness about proactive health care. People are guided on monitoring health indicators, building a reasonable diet and lifestyle, and recognizing early signs of abnormalities so that they can seek timely treatment at medical facilities.
The campaign contributes to spreading the spirit of compassion and community responsibility among young doctors, making a positive contribution to social welfare work in the province.
