On the Thuong River, floods continue to rise. At Cau Son Hydrological Station and Phu Lang Thuong Hydrological Station, the water level has reached above alert level 2. On the Cau River, water levels measured at Phuc Loc Phuong Hydrological Station and Dap Cau Hydrological Station are above alert level 2.

On the Duong River, at Ben Ho Hydrological Station, the water level is close to alarm level 1. Meanwhile, on the Luc Nam River, the water level measured at Cam Dan and Chu Hydrological Stations is below alarm level 1; at Luc Nam Hydrological Station, it is above alarm level 2 and is slowly decreasing.
Notably, on the morning of October 1, at location K37+600 of the right dike of Cau, Yen Trung commune, a landslide occurred on the dike slope with a length of 15 meters, penetrating nearly 1 meter into the dike slope. Currently, the Irrigation Sub-Department has directed the Dike Management Unit No. 1 to coordinate with local authorities to handle and reinforce the landslide with bamboo and earthen sacks, expected to be completed within the day.
Faced with the complicated developments, the Provincial Civil Defense Command has issued an alarm on the main rivers. Irrigation units have mobilized nearly 200 pumps, operating 24/24 hours to drain water, protect production and people's lives, and industrial zones. Of which, Bac Duong Limited Liability Company has 136 pumps; Nam Song Thuong Limited Liability Company has 60 pumps, the rest are the units of Bac Song Thuong Limited Liability Company.

Storm No. 10's circulation affected more than 3,100 hectares of crops, including: 2,500 hectares of rice were flooded (802 hectares were completely submerged); 600 hectares of corn, vegetables, peanuts and fruit trees.
The province has more than 76,000 hectares of winter-spring rice. As of October 1, localities have harvested more than 4,000 hectares, reaching 5.2% of the cultivated area. It is expected to be completed by November 10.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment requested departments, branches and localities to continue to closely monitor weather developments, proactively respond to them; quickly overcome damage, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property and the State.
