Doctor Nguyen Minh Son holds the position of Chairman of the Oriental Medicine Association of Da Nang city.

DNO - On the morning of September 24, the Executive Committee of the Da Nang City Oriental Medicine Association held its first conference, after merging the city Oriental Medicine Association with the former Quang Nam Province Oriental Medicine Association.

The conference announced the merger decision and notified the policy of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on unifying the introduction of personnel for the position of Chairman of the Danang City Oriental Medicine Association.

Doctor Nguyen Minh Son was voted by the conference to hold the position of Chairman of the City Oriental Medicine Association after the merger; at the same time, the list of Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, and Vice Chairmen was approved. The Executive Committee of the City Oriental Medicine Association after the merger has 54 members.

The conference agreed on the direction of activities, focusing on strengthening the association's organization, developing the network to the grassroots level, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment using traditional medicine combined with modern medicine. In addition, it focused on the patriotic emulation movement, planting and effectively using medicinal plants, preventing epidemics and natural disasters, as well as developing traditional medicine services and products for tourism .
