Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Long An Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Duoc attended and chaired the conference at the Provincial Party Committee's venue; the speaker was Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Quoc Dung, Director of the Regional Political Academy II.

The conference was attended by 14,350 delegates, including officials, Party members, and civil servants from across Long An province, participating in the learning process through in-person sessions and 227 online connection points.

At the conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung reported: On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024), General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong wrote an important article entitled: "Proud and confident under the glorious banner of the Party, determined to build a Vietnam that is increasingly prosperous, civilized, cultured, and heroic."

Besides the introduction, the article is divided into three parts. Part one: The birth of our Party, its leadership in the struggle for national independence, the liberation of the South, and the reunification of the country.

Part two: The Party leads the effort to overcome the consequences of war, carry out reforms and international integration, and build our country into an increasingly prosperous and beautiful nation.

Part three: Further promoting the glorious patriotic and revolutionary traditions, resolutely striving to successfully achieve the national development goals by 2025 and 2030, building an increasingly prosperous, civilized, cultured, and heroic Vietnam.

Leaders of Long An province, along with representatives from various departments and agencies, attended a conference to discuss the content of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's article .

The General Secretary's article has stirred up pride in the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, and the heroic Vietnamese nation. At the same time, it encourages and motivates the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to continue successfully implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party. The General Secretary's article summarizes the glorious achievements of our Party over the past 94 years, especially during the more than 38 years of reform.

At the conference, the Long An Provincial Party Committee also disseminated and implemented the Provincial Party Committee's programs to implement the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee Conference with important contents such as: "Continuing to build and promote the role of the intellectual workforce to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable national development in the new period"; "Continuing to innovate and improve the quality of social policies to meet the requirements of the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new period"; "Continuing to promote the tradition and strength of national unity, building our country to be increasingly prosperous and happy".

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai emphasized that the core contents of the General Secretary's article and the Provincial Party Committee's programs implementing the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee Conference (13th term) are fundamental and crucial issues with a significant impact on the tasks of Party building, building the intellectual workforce, promoting the tradition and strength of national unity, and boosting the socio-economic development of the country and Long An in the coming period.

Therefore, following this conference, the districts, towns, City Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Long An province, and political and social organizations should urgently implement the ideological and political activities based on the content of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's article, closely following the directives of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the guidance of the Provincial Propaganda Department.

This includes focusing on disseminating and introducing the core content of the article during regular meetings of Party committees; branch meetings; thematic meetings in agencies, Party organizations, and mass organizations; and paying attention to relating it to issues from the practical realities of the locality, agency, or unit.
