The Party Executive Committee of Phu Dong commune approved 4 full-term work programs.

HNP - On the morning of November 24, the Party Executive Committee of Phu Dong commune held a thematic conference to review, discuss and approve important contents and action directions for the entire political system of the commune, period 2025-2030.

Party Secretary, Chairwoman of Phu Dong Commune People's Council Dang Thi Huyen said that the Conference reviewed, discussed and passed three key groups of contents: The full-term work program of the Commune Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, including: Program No. 01 on Party building and political system; Program No. 02 on economic development; Program No. 03 on government building; and Program No. 04 on national security and defense.

According to comrade Dang Thi Huyen, the drafts presented at this Conference have been carefully developed by the Standing Committee, closely following the reality, the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress and the directive documents and resolutions of the Central Committee, the City Party Committee, and the City People's Committee; have absorbed comments from departments, offices, and units under the commune; and at the same time, created a framework for the entire Party Committee to organize and carry out tasks throughout the term. These are the pillars to concretize the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress.

At the Conference, delegates focused on discussing, giving opinions and proposing: Mechanisms for detecting, planning, and training young and female cadres; solutions to improve the quality of Party cell activities, thematic activity models, application of information technology, regulations on responsibilities of leaders; analyzing the economic potential of areas in the whole commune; proposing solutions to support people and businesses in transforming business models in the digital age; developing smart tourism, building the Phu Dong tourism brand, exploiting the value of the Phu Dong Temple - Giong Festival National Special Monument; solutions to attract businesses to invest in chain services; recommendations on land use planning to create land funds for service development - tourism...

Also at the Conference, the Party Executive Committee of Phu Dong Commune implemented the personnel work process. Accordingly, comrade Nguyen Van Thuyet, Vice Chairman of Phu Dong Commune People's Committee was elected to the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee. The Commune People's Council also reported on the structure, composition and allocation of the number of people recommended to run for the People's Council of Phu Dong Commune for the 2026-2031 term.

The conference also unanimously approved four full-term work programs and the full-term inspection and supervision program for the 2025-2030 term.

Party Secretary and Chairwoman of Phu Dong Commune People's Council Dang Thi Huyen requested that agencies and units assigned to the programs study the draft and promptly develop a draft implementation plan, ensuring implementation immediately after the full-term programs are issued; agencies and units assigned to preside over the development of 7 component projects should promptly develop projects to serve as a basis for organizing implementation, requiring completion in January 2026.

Regarding the inspection and supervision program, the Party Committee's Inspection Committee will receive comments and develop an inspection and supervision plan for 2026, report to the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Executive Committee in December 2025; the entire Phu Dong Commune Party Committee strives to successfully implement the Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term.
