Loc Thanh dialogue between the head of the Party Committee, government and the people

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Ca, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Loc Thanh commune and Comrade Nguyen Van Thao, Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune chaired the conference.

The conference was chaired by comrade Nguyen Thanh Ca, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and comrade Nguyen Van Thao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Loc Thanh commune.
At the conference, the People's Committee of the commune informed about the socio -economic situation in the first 10 months of 2025, specifically about the cultivated area reaching more than 5,380 hectares (100% of the plan), disbursement of public investment capital over 75%, budget revenue of 99 billion VND (98.8% of the estimate), the rate of online records reaching more than 96% and the rate of on-time settlement reaching over 99%.

Delegates and people attending the conference

The conference recorded 14 people speaking with more than 30 opinions, focusing on four main groups of issues: planning - infrastructure (roads, electricity), land, natural resources - environment and policies. People requested to inspect the construction of National Highway 13 through Loc Thanh commune to Hoa Lu International Border Gate; review the allowance regime for special associations in residential areas; clarify the management and use of funds and operating expenses of special associations at the commune level.

People give their opinions at the conference

Many opinions reflected on the difficulties in the planning of Hoa Lu Economic Zone, suggesting policies to support people when reclaiming land and speeding up the issuance of land use right certificates. Particularly in Thanh Bien hamlet, people said that although the area has been in the planning for many years, they have not been granted land certificates, causing difficulties in stabilizing their lives. People also proposed investing in low-voltage power systems; upgrading sewers and drainage ditches to limit flooding; and expanding cement concrete roads to ensure safety and convenience for travel. Some opinions suggested improving waste collection to protect the environment.

Most of the opinions within the authority were answered directly by the commune leaders at the conference. For matters that need further review, the Party Committee and the government will assign specialized departments to check and advise the people in the soonest time. Recommendations beyond the authority will be compiled and sent to higher levels for consideration and resolution.
