DTO - On May 15, in Thuong Phuoc 2 commune, the People's Committee of Hong Ngu district held a ceremony to hand over 2 gratitude houses to the households of Mr. Nguyen Van Mam (81 years old) and Mr. Ho Van Kia (80 years old), who are families with revolutionary contributions residing in Hamlet 2, Thuong Phuoc 2 commune (Hong Ngu district). Each house has an area of ​​32 - 60m2 with a total construction cost of 130 - 370 million VND. Of which, the State budget supports 80 million VND/house, the rest is contributed by the family.

On the same day (May 15), the Red Cross Society of Hong Ngu district organized a handover ceremony of 10 Red Cross houses to poor and near-poor households in the communes of the district. On average, each newly built house has an area of ​​about 50m2, with a construction cost of over 70 million VND/house. Of which, Dong Thap Lottery One Member Co., Ltd. supported each house with 50 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family and clan. The construction of new houses and handover of houses to households with meritorious services to the revolution, poor and near-poor households, contributed to the effective implementation of the Program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" in the border district.
