Speaking at the Conference, Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment Nguyen Thanh Hai stated that the Standing Committee of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment had made great efforts to complete the set of documents and learning materials, serving the training work of the "Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly " movement.
The set of documents and learning materials has been sent for comments to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Committees of the National Assembly, the State Audit Office, 34 delegations of National Assembly deputies from provinces and cities, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Ministry of Public Security , and has been fully incorporated and explained.
The Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment hopes that the set of documents and learning materials, once received by the National Assembly Office and uploaded to the online learning platform, will be effectively utilized to serve the training of digital knowledge and skills and the use of artificial intelligence for the "Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly" movement, moving towards building a digital environment and a lifelong digital learning culture for the National Assembly.
"During the operation of the 'Popular Education Digital - National Assembly Digital' app and the use of the document set, the Standing Committee of the Science, Technology and Environment Committee will closely coordinate with the National Assembly Office to carry out the tasks assigned by the National Assembly Party Committee and the National Assembly Standing Committee," the Chairman of the Science, Technology and Environment Committee emphasized.
Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office, Le Quang Manh, affirmed that the Document and Learning Materials Set is a milestone marking the initial success of the digital National Assembly movement, spreading the digital spirit to every agency of the National Assembly, National Assembly deputies, and the National Assembly Office. He pledged that the National Assembly Office will actively implement the Document and Learning Materials Set to meet learning needs anytime, anywhere, and apply it immediately in assigned work and tasks, contributing to improving the productivity, quality, and efficiency of each agency of the National Assembly, its officials, civil servants, and employees in particular, and the National Assembly in general.
Previously, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment Tran Van Khai stated that Resolution No. 1943/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated December 19, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly requested the Standing Committee of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment to transfer the entire set of documents and learning materials serving the training of the "Digital People's Education Movement - Digital National Assembly" to the National Assembly Office to quickly operate the "Digital People's Education Movement - Digital National Assembly" app (on an online platform).
The Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment stated, "The set of learning materials has been meticulously researched and compiled, is systematic, and has fundamentally integrated the content on cybersecurity into the curriculum, complying with the regulations of the Law on Cybersecurity and Government Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP dated April 14, 2023, on the protection of personal data."
The set of learning materials includes: A collection of knowledge and skills frameworks for digital and artificial intelligence (AI) usage for the modern Parliament (comprising: Volume 1 - Survey questions on knowledge and skills for digital and AI usage for the modern Parliament; Volume 2 - Knowledge and skills framework for digital and AI usage for the modern Parliament; Volume 3 - Textbook on knowledge and skills for digital and AI usage for the modern Parliament; Volume 4 - System of lectures on knowledge and skills for digital and AI usage for the modern Parliament) .
Multimedia learning materials (videos, slides, infographics, PDFs, publications and related documents) serving the "Digital Popular Education - Digital Parliament" Movement; Training plan of the "Digital Popular Education - Digital Parliament" Movement.
The main structure and functions of the "Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly" platform, according to Plan 39-KH/ĐUQH dated July 7, 2025, of the National Assembly Party Committee (hereinafter referred to as Plan 39-KH/ĐUQH) and other online learning platforms, are to implement the Digital Popular Education Movement of the Central Steering Committee on breakthrough development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
The set of learning materials also includes guidelines for evaluating and recognizing learning outcomes in the "Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly" movement, and regulations for the "Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly" classes.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment handed over to the National Assembly Office a set of documents and learning materials to serve the training work of the "Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly" movement.
