The movement aims to help people connect with the world's knowledge base through digital technology , forming digital culture and digital thinking, and creating a foundation for resonating personal intelligence with artificial intelligence (AI) in solving practical problems.
According to the report of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai , the province has completed many important targets. The rate of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in state agencies who have mastered digital transformation knowledge and are proficient in using digital platforms and services is 100%. The rate of students with digital skills for studying and interacting safely in the online environment is also 100%.

It is known that the province has built and updated learning content on the BDHVS platform of the Ministry of Public Security , and organized two online courses on personal information protection and AI application skills, attracting nearly 61,200 participants.
In 2025, 118,000 officials and people will be trained in digital skills; nearly 29,500 officials and civil servants will be trained in depth on AI applications; more than 2,500 ethnic minorities will be educated in basic knowledge of digital transformation. At the same time, localities in the province will continuously organize propaganda, deploy programs and activities to promote the movement, contributing to spreading awareness about science - technology, innovation and digital transformation.
In Dai Phuoc commune, immediately after the 2-level local government model came into operation, the People's Committee focused on consolidating 15 community digital technology teams with 58 members; organizing intensive training on digital transformation, AI application and using online public services. The commune implemented the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door", carried out 4 campaigns to guide people to access digital platforms, improve personal digital capacity, and at the same time take advantage of Zalo OA channels and fanpages to conveniently convey information.
Similarly, Dong Tam commune regularly deploys digital transformation communication programs both in person and online, and coordinates with organizations to guide people in installing and using digital applications and online public services. This contributes to improving community digital skills and accelerating digital transformation at the grassroots level.
Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology has put into operation the BDHVS program website at dongnai.mobiedu.vn since the beginning of November 2025, becoming a platform for learning and sharing digital transformation knowledge for all officials and people in the province.
At the meeting on November 5, 2025 on the implementation of the BDHVS Movement and the development of the digital economy - digital society, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son requested departments and branches to closely coordinate with mass organizations and universities to improve the operational efficiency of community digital technology groups. The goal is to increase the proportion of adults with basic knowledge of digital transformation, proficiency in smart devices, ability to use essential digital platforms and services and know how to protect themselves in the online environment.
Meanwhile, Minh Hung ward identified the key task in the coming time as deploying digital communication solutions and applying IT to convey the Party's guidelines and policies, especially Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
In early December 2025, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, together with the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Commission, the Farmers' Association, the Women's Union and the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union signed a cooperation agreement to promote the BDHVS Movement.
According to the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Ha Anh Dung, the focus of the movement includes launching "Digital Family - Digital Residential Area", popularizing digital knowledge and skills in the community, linking the movement with the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", creating a strong ripple effect throughout the province.
