The program emphasizes practical application (requiring students to bring laptops and attend in-person classes) to transform AI into an accessible "digital labor skill" for everyone, rather than a distant concept. For example, in the class "Applications of AI in Digital Content Creation, Organizational and Human Resource Management, and Internal Communication," officials and employees at the State Bank of Vietnam learned the fundamentals of cognitive understanding (AI can generate "illusions") and techniques for using AI correctly: principles for designing clear prompts, specific outputs, and providing context and structure.

The "Practical AI" training courses are not just a typical training activity; they have concretized the spirit of "Digital Literacy for the People" in the banking sector by providing very clear guidance: dividing the content into groups of professional tasks, teaching in a practical, immediately applicable way, thereby helping civil servants and employees at the State Bank of Vietnam to use AI as a common work skill in the agency.
