The People's Committee of the ward has clearly assigned responsibilities to each agency, unit, hamlet, and residential group in implementing the tasks of the movement. The community digital technology teams in the hamlets, villages, and residential groups play the role of a "bridge," directly guiding people to install and use essential digital applications such as the National Public Service Portal, digital signatures, the VNeID application, and other apps that facilitate quick and convenient administrative procedures.

During the peak week, the ward intensified its宣传 efforts through local loudspeakers twice a day; posted information on the electronic portal; displayed banners at the Public Administrative Service Center; and displayed scrolling text on LED screens with the message "Digital technology, building the future." The movement also spread strongly on social media through community Zalo groups, Facebook, and TikTok.

According to Ms. Le Thi Anh Tram, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and Secretary of the Ward Youth Union: The Ward Youth Union, in coordination with the Fatherland Front, mobilized a team of "Digital Youth Volunteers" to support people in practicing digital skills, using online public services, and applying technology in their lives. The youth went door-to-door, guiding each person individually; pioneering the use of online public services and digital payments, and spreading digital knowledge to the community.

Not only officials and youth union members, but the movement also received strong support from the people. Ms. H'Chuyên Ênuôl, a resident of Êa Bông village, said: "Thanks to the dedicated guidance of village officials and youth, we can access technology more easily, use public services, and protect ourselves online."

According to Nguyen Thanh Vu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot ward, the 100-day intensive campaign of the "Digital Literacy Movement" is not a temporary campaign but a long-term process aimed at improving "digital literacy," forming a learning society, and creating a solid foundation for sustainable development in the future.

With the determination of the entire political system and the strong support from the people, Buon Ma Thuot ward expects the movement to spread widely. Through this, people can access, exploit, utilize, and enjoy the achievements brought about by science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
