Thien Uoc 2 underground spillway bridge project started construction on June 3, 2025, with a scale of 5 piers, 4 spans, each span is 6m long (total bridge length 24m), bridge surface is 3.5m wide and a synchronous traffic safety road system. The total investment of the project is 475 million VND from the budget and socialized capital, of which Vietnamnet Newspaper and volunteer groups sponsored 238.5 million VND; people contributed 90 million VND, the old Chi Lang district budget supported 75 million VND, and provided cement materials worth 71.8 million VND.
After nearly 2 months of construction, the project was completed according to design and officially inaugurated and handed over for operation by the funding unit.
The project put into use helps 17 households in Dong Xoong hamlet to travel conveniently and safely, and more than 100 households in Lang Hang village directly benefit. At the same time, the project also helps connect the village road with the commune road of Quan Son commune, contributing to promoting production development, enhancing trade capacity, and improving people's lives.
Within the framework of the program, Vietnamnet Newspaper and the volunteer group presented 20 gifts to students in especially difficult circumstances.
