Issuing the Program for developing Circulars of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025

Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to issue, together with this Decision, the Program for developing Circulars of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025.

• 

  Drafting Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circulars of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating codes and standards for professional titles.

Heads of state management advisory agencies under the Ministry assigned to preside over the development of Circulars are responsible for following the prescribed procedures and order, ensuring progress and quality; closely coordinating with the Legal Department in developing drafts, collecting opinions and appraisals; Sending progress reports on the development of Circulars to the Legal Department before the 25th of each month for synthesis, monitoring and reporting to the Ministry's leaders.

The Director of the Legal Department synthesizes and urges the implementation of the Circular development program; guides agencies and units in developing Circulars; appraises draft Circulars according to regulations; organizes meetings of the Circular draft appraisal council when necessary.

This Decision replaces Decision No. 4299/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 31, 2024 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgating the Program for developing Circulars of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025.
