Prices of many types of gasoline and oil slightly decreased, RON 95 gasoline returned to below 20,000 VND/liter

(DN) - On July 17, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance adjusted retail prices of gasoline and oil every 7 days.

Specifically, from 3:00 p.m. on July 17, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by VND178/liter, to VND19,481/liter; RON 95 gasoline decreased by VND165/liter, with a maximum retail price of VND19,925/liter.

Similarly, diesel price decreased by 38 VND/liter, to 18,799 VND/liter; fuel oil decreased by 85 VND/kg, to 15,478 VND/kg. Kerosene alone increased by 58 VND/liter, with a maximum retail price of 18,429 VND/liter;

Since the beginning of 2025, there have been 30 adjustments to retail prices of gasoline and oil. Of which, RON 95 gasoline has increased 16 times and decreased 14 times; E5 RON 92 gasoline has increased 16 times and decreased 14 times. Diesel oil has increased 15 times, decreased 14 times and remained unchanged once.
