Training on scoring and evaluating the results of creating and submitting documents for storage

On the morning of December 4, in Phan Rang ward, Khanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs organized a training conference on scoring the results of the work of preparing documents and submitting them to the current Archives and Khanh Hoa Provincial Historical Archives. The conference was held in person and connected online to the bridge point in Nha Trang ward, with the participation of about 240 officials and civil servants in charge of document and archive work of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee; departments, branches, sectors, public service units and 65 commune-level People's Committees.

The leader of the Department of Home Affairs delivered the opening speech at the training session.

At the training session, trainees were instructed on how to score the results of the work of preparing records and submitting records and documents to the current Archives and the Provincial Historical Archives according to Decision No. 2169, dated November 19, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating criteria for evaluating the results of this work. In particular, focusing on a number of issues: Content and evaluation criteria; specific standard scale to evaluate and determine the level of implementation of the work of preparing records and submitting records and documents to the current Archives and the Provincial Historical Archives; assessment and scoring methods; implementation procedures; records and supporting documents... In particular, trainees were instructed on how to practice entering scoring data on the scoring management software to determine the administrative reform index (https://pari.khanhhoa.gov.vn).

It is known that according to Decision No. 2169, agencies, units and localities must send documents requesting appraisal of self-assessment results and scoring of the above criteria of their units to the Department of Home Affairs to report to the Provincial People's Committee, no later than December 10 every year. This is one of the bases for annual emulation and reward review of agencies, units and localities.
