Rising river water causes flooding again of some spillways in Khanh Vinh area.

On the morning of December 4, Mr. Pham Ngoc Cuong - Chairman of Khanh Vinh Commune People's Committee said that currently, the water level in Cai River flowing through the commune is rising, causing Thac Ngua spillway (route from Khanh Vinh commune to Tay Khanh Vinh commune, Trung Khanh Vinh commune) to be flooded again, with strong water flow.

The Cai River water level rose, flooding the Thac Ngua spillway (Khanh Vinh commune) on the morning of December 4.

Also in the morning of the same day, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Trung Khanh Vinh commune said that the rain in recent days has caused the water level in Song Cho (Ca Thieu village) and Song Giang (Bac Song Giang village) to rise. The rising river water has caused the Song Cho spillway and Song Giang spillway through the commune to be flooded.

Currently, to ensure people's safety, the Civil Defense Command of Khanh Vinh and Trung Khanh Vinh communes has set up checkpoints and is on duty 24/7, requesting people not to travel through the above flooded areas.
