The Economic - Budget Committee reviewed the document submitted to the 2025 Year-End Session of the 10th Provincial People's Council

The conference reviewed 02 submissions and draft resolutions including: Regulations on collection, management and use of fees and charges in the province; List of land areas expected to implement the pilot commercial housing project through agreements on receiving land use rights in 2025 (supplementary).

At the conference, delegates exchanged and discussed to clarify a number of contents on the specific fee and charge exemption and reduction regime for each subject; the management of fee and charge levels; and how to determine subjects eligible for fee and charge exemption and reduction.

Regarding the draft Resolution on promulgating the list of land plots expected to implement the pilot commercial housing project through an agreement on receiving land use rights in 2025 (supplemented), delegates exchanged and discussed the effectiveness and feasibility of implementation and proposed to add a diagram of the location of the land plots implementing the project.

In addition, delegates also proposed that the drafting agency rearrange the content in the draft Resolutions accordingly.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee, Provincial People's Council Vu Hong Nhu Yen requested the document drafting agency to review and fully absorb comments, promptly supplement and complete the draft Resolutions to submit at the end of 2025 session of the 10th Provincial People's Council.
