Tonight, Da Lat audiences will witness the talent of the artists of The Big Day, this weekend we will witness world music legends at Lam Vien Square. These are activities in response to the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival - 2024, the creative artists of the Pho Ben Doi art space have devoted a lot of enthusiasm to contribute to Da Lat to have more activities to inspire everyone.
The creative city of music would be very sad if few international friends knew about it. A proof that, besides vegetables, flowers, hills, lakes, waterfalls, Da Lat also has the love of happiness in this city, the love of music. The Big Day band is a famous 4-boy band of Indie rock music in the world. Bringing The Big Day band to the public of Da Lat is an event in a series of activities to support the development of UNESCO Creative Cities under the Momentum International Delegate Program in Scotland (UK) for 3 years (2023 - 2025). Through that, Scotland hopes to contribute to promoting the development of the cultural industry of Da Lat - UNESCO Creative City of Music.

In a warm atmosphere, the exchange took place openly and sincerely between the creators and the audience. Through the story, it shows that the 4 boys formed the band because they shared the same passion, love and had been taught music systematically since childhood. But there were differences such as musical aesthetics and different ways of playing music: rock, jazz, independent indie... When forming the group, the 4 boys got along with each other, complemented each other, to create different personal styles in unity. The name The Big Day was chosen to name the band because the members shared the same musical orientation and shared the same love for music of the 1980s, at that time there was a big music festival called The Big Day Our with all genres of music, so the band wanted to recall, want to pay tribute, remember that festival. Many works have been composed and performed by The Big Day, transmitting positive energy and reaching the hearts of audiences around the world, and this time brought to Da Lat.
