To proactively respond to storm WIPHA and widespread heavy rain and floods, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks (IPs) of Ninh Binh province requires departments, affiliated units, infrastructure investors of IPs, and enterprises in IPs to regularly and continuously monitor and grasp the storm situation and have a prevention plan to minimize damage caused by storms.
