The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council convened a thematic meeting

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council has just decided to summon delegates of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council to attend the 4th session (special session) of the 10th term Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, term 2021-2026.

Accordingly, the meeting took place on September 29 at Conference Center Hall 272, 272 Vo Thi Sau, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

It is expected that at the meeting, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee will submit to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council a report on regulations on meal allowance support for commanders, deputy commanders and assistants of military commands of communes, wards and special zones in the area.

The report stipulates the titles, some regimes and policies for non-professional activists at the commune level, in residential areas, hamlets and residential areas; people directly participating in activities in residential areas, hamlets and residential areas and the fixed operating budget of socio-political organizations at the commune level, the operating budget of residential areas, hamlets and residential areas in the area.

Report on regulations on tuition fees for public preschool and general education institutions from the 2025-2026 school year; tuition support levels for preschool children, general education students, and students of general education programs at private and non-public educational institutions in the area from the 2025-2026 school year.

Report on regulations on a number of specific policies for coaches and athletes in Ho Chi Minh City; fee collection levels in performing administrative procedures applying online public services in the area.

In addition, there are a group of reports and draft resolutions (41 contents). Among them is a report on the policy of changing the purpose of forest use to other purposes to implement the project of building infrastructure for the central area of ​​Con Dao special economic zone (construction of some new roads in residential area No. 3), phase 2.
