On the afternoon of October 2, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to disseminate the newly issued document of the Central Committee on Party building and organization work and an online meeting to assess the work situation in the third quarter and deploy tasks for the fourth quarter of 2024. Mr. Le Minh Hung - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference.

According to the report of the Central Organizing Committee, in the third quarter of 2024, the entire Party Organization and Building sector actively implemented and basically completed the assigned tasks. The most prominent of which was the completion of a number of projects and tasks according to the 2024 Work Program of the Politburo , the Secretariat and Party committees at all levels; carefully and qualitatively advising on the content of the meetings of the Central Executive Committee; completing the summary of the personnel work orientation for the 13th National Party Congress and drafting the personnel work orientation for the 14th National Party Congress; advising on the consolidation and supplementation of a number of senior leadership positions of the Party, the State, and key leaders of localities and units; proactively advising on the preparation of Party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress; focusing on inspection and supervision of Party organization and building; regularly innovating working methods, styles, and manners, and having many effective ways of advising on Party organization and building; timely exchange, answer, contribute to removing difficulties, obstacles and recommendations, proposals of Party committees and organizations.
Concluding the conference, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung suggested that in the fourth quarter, the entire sector should focus on completing the 2024 Work Program; effectively implementing the resolutions and conclusions of the 13th Central Executive Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat on Party organization and building work; continuing to perform regular tasks well; preparing activities to summarize the Party organization and building work in 2024 and set out directions and tasks for 2025... In particular, Mr. Le Minh Hung requested to focus on advising on preparations for Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, especially personnel work...
