Vuong Binh has just debuted as a solo artist with his first album, "Anh Bo Vai" (My Shoulder) , which includes 8 songs, with the title track being made into a music video.

The male singer, born in 1996, is a former member of the boy band Monstar under the stage name Zino. He previously participated in the show "Perfect Confession" and appeared in Amee's music video "Where Do You Live, My Love? ".

The album is like a novel told through music , revolving around Wang Ping's unrequited love. The first part evokes the image of a country schoolboy, with folk music influences, while the latter part offers sharper, more modern sounds as the protagonist moves to the city to pursue his career. Grey D and Hoang Duyen respectively contribute vocals to the songs "Let Me Invite You a Drink" and "White Moonlight" .

The album "Anh bờ vai" (My Shoulder) is built upon Vuong Binh's perspective and personality. The songs "Bach Hoa Nien" (Hundred Flowers Year) and "Bach Nguyet Quang" (White Moonlight) mention characteristics of Vuong Binh's hometown of Ben Tre , such as folk melodies, images of the Ham Luong River, Ben Tre coconut trees, and Chau Thanh district where the male singer was born and raised.

MV "My Shoulder to Lean On":

With its core being the pop ballad genre associated with Vuong Binh, the album is developed in a country style, reflecting the Vietnamese music of the 2000-2010 period, and portraying his personality – warm, sincere, a little insecure, and introverted.

Composer Hua Kim Tuyen admitted that working with Vuong Binh broke his previous prejudice – that he didn't want to work with male artists. Music director TDK commented that, from someone lacking confidence, through interaction and being instilled with a love for music, Vuong Binh has better explored his potential.

The album brings together 14 producers and musicians such as Trid Minh, Kai Đinh, DươngK, Hứa Kim Tuyền... who collaborated on songwriting and production. Producer DươngK said the process of making the album was "both arduous and painful".

To minimize production time, the team spent a month meticulously preparing before the official production phase, including arranging daily meals. In just 6 days, the team completed 80% of the work. The combination of young, charismatic producers like 2pillz and wokeup with experienced individuals like Nguyen Thanh Binh and TDK created a fresh sound while remaining true to Vuong Binh's musical direction.

Wang Ping, Nicky, Amee, and Grey D are now under the same management agency.
