The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department launched a campaign to support the Cuban people.

Responding to the call of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society to mobilize support for the Cuban people on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba and the direction of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, on the morning of September 23, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee organized a campaign for all cadres, party members, civil servants and workers to join hands to support the Cuban people to express the deep affection and sharing of the Quang Ninh people for the brotherly country of Cuba.

Officials, civil servants and employees of the agency reviewed the precious traditions and sentiments between Vietnam and Cuba.

Attending the launching ceremony were comrade Nguyen Hong Duong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, leaders of the Department and all cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

At the launching ceremony, cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department reviewed the tradition and the special, loyal and steadfast relationship between Vietnam and Cuba. Throughout the process of fighting for national liberation and building the country, the Vietnamese people have always received sincere help from the Cuban people. Now, when Cuba is facing many difficulties and hardships, we need to act even more to express our feelings, responsibility and deep gratitude to the Cuban people.

Immediately after the launch, all cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department actively donated and supported, receiving more than 12 million VND. The entire amount was directly transferred by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Office to the Provincial Red Cross to send to the Cuban people as soon as possible.

The Office of the Board presented the donation to the Provincial Red Cross Society.

This is a meaningful and timely activity, not only contributing to alleviating the current difficulties, but also further tightening the traditional friendship and special solidarity between the two Parties, the two States and the people of Vietnam and Cuba. The noble gesture of the cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department in particular and the people of Quang Ninh in general is a testament to the strong relationship between the two countries.
