*The second working group, led by Comrade Pham Van Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited and surveyed the headquarters of the Military Command and Police Station of Ly Van Lam Ward. Accompanying the group were representatives from the Provincial Military Command, Police, and various provincial departments and agencies.

Comrade Pham Van Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Ca Mau , conducted a field survey at the Ly Van Lam Ward Police Station.

A survey conducted at the Ly Van Lam Ward Police Station revealed that security and order were generally maintained. The police force implemented a comprehensive range of operational measures, proactively monitoring the area, managing suspects, and promptly handling emerging incidents. Administrative reform and public service were prioritized. However, the unit requested additional personnel and resources due to the increased workload following the administrative reorganization.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Van Thieu encouraged the officers and soldiers of the Ly Van Lam Ward Military Command.

Regarding the Ward Military Command, the working group noted that the unit had proactively reorganized its structure, strictly maintained the combat readiness duty regime, effectively managed the militia and self-defense forces, and closely coordinated with other forces in the area. However, the material conditions and equipment still face difficulties and need further investment.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Duc Toan, Head of Ly Van Lam Ward Police, reported on the unit's activities and made proposals to Working Group No. 2.

Lieutenant Colonel Quách Thành Nam, Commander of the Lý Văn Lâm Ward Military Command, spoke about the unit's determination to fulfill its nhiệm vụ after the two-tiered local government system was put into operation and made recommendations to the delegation.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dong Ha, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ca Mau Provincial Military Command, expressed his hope that the Ly Van Lam Ward Military Command would overcome difficulties and strive to successfully complete its assigned tasks.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Van Thieu acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility and efforts to overcome difficulties of the officers and soldiers of the Military Command and the Police of Ly Van Lam Ward. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that the implementation of the two-tiered local government model places increasingly high demands on the grassroots armed forces, requiring each officer and soldier to continuously improve their professional skills and spirit of service to the people.

Comrade Pham Van Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Ca Mau, delivered a directive speech, urging the promotion of a sense of responsibility and ensuring strong national defense and security from the grassroots level.
