Russian media reports President Putin's visit to Vietnam.

The author, international affairs analyst Grigory Trofimchuk, stated that the upcoming visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Vietnam, at the invitation of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, will be distinctly different from previous trips and will have special political and economic significance in the current context.
