This is the last news about storm No. 8.

Previously, also according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 7:00 p.m. on September 19, the center of storm RAGASA was at about 16.1 degrees North latitude; 130.1 degrees East longitude, about 820km east of Luzon Island (Philippines).
