Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung also emphasized: "Writing about green buildings is not simple, because each green building must meet many criteria set by the Ministry of Construction. Therefore, the entries need to adhere closely to these criteria, combining journalistic merit with high scientific accuracy, in order to convey the message and direction of the construction industry to domestic and foreign investors."

The Editor-in-Chief of Construction Newspaper also requested the Organizing Committee to work efficiently, impartially, and seriously to find the best works, in order to honor them at the upcoming Green Building Week in Hanoi .

During the period from August 7th, 2024 to September 20th, 2024, the competition attracted numerous entries and series of articles from many authors, most of which met the rules. Many high-quality articles demonstrated meticulous preparation and rich content, ranging from policies to practical applications, attracting participation from media outlets such as: Nhan Dan Newspaper, Lao Dong Newspaper, Vietnam Law Newspaper, Dau Tu Newspaper, The Gioi va Viet Nam Newspaper… and many other specialized magazines. The preliminary judging panel independently evaluated and selected 20 qualified works to advance to the final round.

The Vietnam Journalists Association requested that Construction Newspaper continue to maintain and expand the competition to promote and publicize green buildings, green projects, and the sustainable development strategies of ministries, sectors, and the Government...

The awards ceremony for the competition is expected to take place during the plenary session of the Vietnam Green Building Week 2024, organized by the Ministry of Construction in Hanoi on October 4, 2024.
