On July 7th, the Sam Son Border Guard Station (under the Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command) deployed two task forces, in coordination with the Quang Thai Commune Police (Quang Xuong District), to arrest two individuals in two separate cases for illegal possession of narcotics. The seized evidence included 1.6 grams of heroin.
The suspect is Ha Trong Lam.
Specifically, at 11:30 AM on July 7th, Patrol Team No. 1 of the Sam Son Border Guard Station, in coordination with the Quang Thai Commune Police, arrested Ha Trong Lam, born in 1996, residing in Hamlet 9, Quang Thai Commune, Quang Xuong District, Thanh Hoa Province. Upon inspection, the suspect was found carrying three paper packets containing a white powder. Ha Trong Lam confessed that it was heroin he had purchased for personal use.
The suspect is Pham Trong Dinh.
At approximately 11:45 AM on the same day, Patrol Team No. 2 of the Sam Son Border Guard Station, in coordination with the Quang Thai Commune Police, arrested Pham Trong Dinh, born in 1982, residing in Hamlet 4, Quang Thai Commune, Quang Xuong District, Thanh Hoa Province. The seized evidence included 3 small packets and 1 plastic bag containing white powder.
During an emergency search of Pham Trong Dinh's residence, two white paper packets containing an off-white powder were discovered. Dinh confessed that all the seized items were heroin, which he had purchased and hidden for personal use.
Currently, the Sam Son Border Guard Station is holding the two suspects and the seized evidence for further investigation and processing in accordance with the law.
