Surprise with MU's best contract

Noussair Mazraoui is considered by Manchester United insiders to be the best signing in years.

The Moroccan joined from Bayern Munich for around £12.8m and has played in a number of positions, including centre-back, full-back and even attacking midfielder in one game under Erik ten Hag.

Mazraoui impressed his teammates and coaching staff with his ability to read the game, as well as his consistent performances, often scoring 7 or 8 points. Mazraoui also surprised many with his agility, strength and determination.

"I played right-back for a long time. Recently, I also played right-center-back. But right-back is my favorite position and I play best. When I have the ball, I know what I can do and what I can't do. I know how to defend without thinking too much. I just enjoy the game," Mazraoui shared.

Mazraoui missed the first two games of the season, but returned and played well in the thrilling 3-2 win over Burnley on August 30. He is expected to be in the starting line-up for this weekend's derby against Manchester City.
