The 2025/26 Premier League season is just a few weeks away. But fans are worried about skyrocketing ticket prices, with some clubs pushing costs to levels that could turn loyal fans away.

Recently, the list of the most expensive season tickets in the Premier League has been announced. Leading the way are not traditional giants like Man Utd, Liverpool or Man City, but Fulham. The London team has the highest price in the league, up to 3,084 pounds (nearly 110 million VND) for a season ticket, an increase of 84 pounds compared to last year.
This is £861 more than second-placed Tottenham (£2,223), while another London club, Arsenal, are third with a season ticket costing £1,726.
Man Utd are only seventh in the table. The Red Devils have raised ticket prices by 5% to £1,121. However, the most expensive seat at Old Trafford is still cheaper than season tickets at West Ham (£1,720), Man City (£1,600) or Bournemouth (£1,164).
In response to the backlash from fans, Man Utd CEO Omar Berrada insisted the price increase was to offset rising operating costs: “We are grateful for the loyalty and patience of our fans, especially our season ticket holders. They are the backbone of Old Trafford. After 11 years of keeping prices the same, we have increased our prices by 5% over the last two seasons and will continue to do so next season to balance our costs.”

Remarkably, ticket prices on Merseyside are considerably more affordable. Reigning champions Liverpool charge just £904 for the most expensive seats. Everton, in their first season at their new Hill Dickinson stadium, charge just £900 for their top-tier season tickets.
Newly promoted Burnley have the cheapest season ticket in the league, at just £525, or £27.63 per game if you divide it by the number of games. Meanwhile, at Fulham, fans pay an average of £162.31 per game, almost six times more than Burnley.
