In his closing remarks at the session, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Duc Tuy, requested that the 53 newly issued resolutions be promptly implemented. The Provincial People's Committee directed relevant agencies and localities to promptly issue plans for synchronized and effective implementation, contributing to the successful achievement of the province's overall development goals in 2026 and subsequent years.
The Standing Committee of the People's Council, the Committees, and the People's Council representatives are responsible for promptly informing voters of the results of the session and strengthening supervision, resolving difficulties in the implementation process.

Regarding the handling of resolutions related to the reorganization of administrative units, from July 1, 2025 to the present, although 12 sessions have passed, more than 10 resolutions are still awaiting guidance from the Central Government. Therefore, the Provincial People's Council requests the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant departments and agencies to closely follow the Central Government's documents to promptly advise and draft solutions to address outstanding and newly arising issues.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also noted several key tasks in preparation for the mid-year regular session of 2026, scheduled to take place from June 30th to July 1st, 2026. This session has a relatively large workload, and the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to closely coordinate with relevant agencies to review and categorize the opinions of voters collected during the consultations in early May. Urgent issues should be promptly submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for guidance and resolution, and reported immediately at the session. The Provincial People's Committee, along with judicial agencies and relevant units, must ensure that reports, presentations, and draft resolutions are submitted to the Standing Committee and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council no later than 15 days before the session's opening to allow for verification in accordance with regulations.
Regarding the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and ensuring national defense and security, all levels, sectors, and localities will continue to uphold a high sense of responsibility and decisively and synchronously implement the tasks and solutions set forth, striving to complete all targets for 2026.
