Also attending the Congress were 160 outstanding delegates representing the intelligence and will of all Party members in Military Hospital 103.
The political report of the Party Executive Committee of Military Hospital 103 for the 2020-2025 term presented by Colonel, Dr. Tran Tan Cuong, Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of the Hospital at the Congress affirmed: Over the past 5 years, under the leadership of the Party Committee, Military Hospital 103 has thoroughly grasped the resolutions of the superiors, united, proactive, creative, and achieved many comprehensive results. Admission, emergency, and treatment work always exceeds targets, professional quality is constantly improved. Many new and advanced techniques, especially in the fields of organ transplantation, cardiovascular intervention, endoscopic surgery, oncology, etc. have been successfully applied, saving the lives of many critically ill patients. Training, education, and scientific research continue to be strengths, making important contributions to the development of military medicine and national medicine. The work of building a clean and strong Party organization and building a comprehensively strong, "exemplary and typical" unit is focused on.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the Congress expressed the will and determination to build a clean and strong Party Committee; the Hospital strives to meet the criteria of a special-class Hospital, with a number of specialized fields, reaching advanced levels in the region, and integrating more and more deeply with the international community.

The Congress also unanimously elected a delegation to attend the 23rd Congress of the Party Committee of the Military Medical Academy, including 50 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates.
