Reporting to the working delegation of the Provincial Party Secretary, comrade Ndu Ha Bien, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Dam Rong 2 commune, said: After nearly 1 month of operating the 2-level local government apparatus, up to now, the apparatus has been operating smoothly, effectively, without interruption, clearly demonstrating the spirit of being close to the people, close to the people, for the people.

At the Public Administration Service Center, the commune has publicly issued lists of administrative procedures according to fields, and has basically implemented the reception of documents in accordance with regulations.

From July 1 to July 28, 2025, the Commune Public Administration Service Center received 299 dossiers under the authority of the Commune People's Committee. 147 dossiers have been processed; of which, 144 dossiers were processed before and on time, 3 dossiers were overdue, and 102 dossiers are being processed according to regulations.

Inspecting the operating conditions of the Dam Rong 2 Commune Public Administration Service Center, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, assessed that although the number of administrative procedures arising was not much, the commune's Public Administration Service Center initially operated basically to meet requirements, promptly, with the spirit of serving the people.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Secretary grasped the specific difficulties and encouraged cadres and civil servants to make efforts to complete all assigned tasks.
